Use this guidance to prepare a project brief. The selected OEM, appointed engineer and relevant authorities must confirm the final system, documents and site requirements.
Foundation engineering
Do not specify slab thickness or reinforcement before geotechnical design and receipt of structural base reactions from the actual OEM.
Drainage design
Assess runoff, substrate drainage, existing levels, approved connections and construction-stage water management.
Inspection controls
Hold points for excavations, subgrade, reinforcement, concrete, anchors, drainage and engineering release.
